- Develop Necessary Assessment and Livelihoods Development Tools
- Participate in 4 workshops and assess the skills, strengths, resources, and preferences of the beneficiaries, ensuring informed consent.
- Support beneficiaries in creating sustainable, market-driven microbusiness plans, involving them in the process.
- Develop individualized plans for beneficiaries, addressing marketable skills training, job placement, and entrepreneurship development.
- Facilitate access to skills training programs, including linking beneficiaries to government and private training institutes.
- Provide Career Counselling and Job Market Guidance
- Link beneficiaries with potential local employers to facilitate job placement.
- Coordinate with local employers, training institutes, and other relevant stakeholders to support beneficiaries' livelihood goals.
- Create and maintain detailed case files, documenting all interactions and progress for each beneficiary.
- Submit individual reports for each beneficiary, outlining progress and support provided.
- Ensure ongoing communication and collaboration with IOM and local partners.
