About IPTM

Established in February 2015, the Institute of Professional Training and Management (IPTM) began as a proprietorship and quickly emerged as a leading consulting organization with expertise across multiple sectors. In September 2026, in recognition of its institutional growth and to strengthen its governance and corporate credibility, IPTM was incorporated as a private limited company — IPTM Limited (Registration No. C-213972/2026, under the Companies Act 1994) — while retaining its founding team, technical expertise, and service standards. Since its inception, IPTM Limited has provided high-quality capacity development programs, research, foreign training, and event management, facilitating the transfer of effective systems, tools, and practices to strengthen institutional and organizational performance. IPTM actively collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders, including the Government of Bangladesh (GOB), international and bilateral governmental organizations (I/NGOs), and United Nations bodies. Through its research initiatives, capacity budling programs and consultancy services, IPTM plays a pivotal role in supporting evidence-based decision-making and offering strategic guidance to these esteemed entities At IPTM, our dedication to delivering high-impact, sustainable solutions is reflected in our adherence to globally recognized standards. Mohammad Anan Javed
Chairman
Mohammad Anan Javed assumes the leadership of IPTM Limited as Chairman, bringing a forward-looking vision shaped by expertise in data analytics, cloud architecture, artificial intelligence, and technology-driven enterprise transformation. He currently serves as a Senior Data Consultant in Mergers & Acquisitions Analytics at Deloitte, where he works at the intersection of data engineering, machine learning, cloud technologies, and analytics strategy to support complex business decisions. He holds a Master of Management Analytics from Queen’s University and professional certifications including Google Professional Cloud Architect and Generative AI Leader. As Chairman, Mohammad Anan Javed will lead IPTM Limited into its new corporate era, with a focus on innovation, digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, strategic growth, and global partnerships, building on IPTM’s established legacy and experience since 2015.
Dr. Sabina Akhter
Managing Director
Dr. Sabina Akhter earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College in and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from North South University She is the founding Managing Director of the IPTM Limited. Apart from her involvement at IPTM, she has also been engaged in the healthcare profession since 1992 to till date. She is an expert in training coordination and facilitation, with over 20 years of expertise in the capacity-building field. She boasts substantial experience producing TOT-related training curricula, manuals, materials, and reports for a variety of participant levels.
Adeeba Javed
Director
Ms. Adeeba Javed has successfully completed her Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at York University. During her academic journey, she accumulated three years of valuable customer service experience at Loblaws, where she progressed to the role of Associate Supervisor. Adeeba's successful completion of her degree signifies her dedication to academic excellence and lays the foundation for a promising future. This commitment is evident in her plans to pursue graduate studies in IT, driven by her passion for data analytics and technology's transformative role in HR.

Mahmuda Akter Khan
Head of Operations, Training and Knowledge Management (TKM )
Ms. Mahmuda Akter Khan is a seasoned training specialist, bringing extensive expertise in training, gender, and module/manual/curriculum development with over 25 years . Her professional background at UNDP, IFDC Bangladesh, IRRI Bangladesh and Chemonics International's USAID-funded PRICE project. Ms. Khan holds an MA (Philosophy) degree from Dhaka University and an MSS in social management from Xavier University in Canada.
Md. Mohibur Rahman
Head of Operations (Admin, Finance & CBD)
Mr. Md. Mohibur Rahman is a seasoned financial professional with substantial expertise in marketing and finance, boasting over 20 years of dedicated experience with renowned organizations like Engineers and Consultants BD. Ltd., Samiha Agro Fisheries Ltd., and Information Entertainment & Communication Ltd. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from Jagannath University and an MBA with a major in marketing from the International Islamic University.
Mohammed Rubaiyet Al Zahir
Manager, Communication and Business Development (CBD)
Mr. Mohammed Rubaiyet Al Zahir is an experienced professional with over 16 years of diverse expertise in communication, business development, partnership coordination. He has been instrumental in building relationships with government agencies as well as international organizations. Mr. Zahir holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Bangladesh University of Business and Technology. He has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain management from BIMS.
Md. Mobinur Rahman Quorishi
Manager, Accounts & Finance
Md. Mobinur Rahman Quorishi is a prominent individual with 17+ years of experience in the fields of administration, accounting, and finance. He has served for some renowned organizations like Tau-ha Textile Ltd., Advanced Composite Textile Ltd., Samiha Agro Products Ltd., MASK Associates, and Best-tex International Ltd. in the areas of training, research, consultancy, textile, admin, accounts, and finance. He holds an MBA degree in finance and banking from International Islamic University.
Sultana Afroja
Deputy Manger, TKM
Sultana Afroja is a professional over 20 years in training, Gender and program management with a master's degree in Political Science from the University of Dhaka. She started her career with Proshika- a human development centre as Human Development Trainer in 1999, then worked with South Asia Partnership (SAP)-Bangladesh as a Training Officer and Gender Focal Person. After that she worked with Village Education Resource Center (VERC) as Assistant Coordinator and she worked with Karmojibi Nari as Project Coordinator with highest efficiency and professionalism.
Khalid Jubaer
Deputy Manager, Research and Knowledge Management (RKM)
Mr. Khalid Jubaer is an individual in the fields of research, consulting, and training. As an anthropologist, Khalid Jubaer has a strong background in social research. He holds an MSS and a BSS in Anthropology from the University of Dhaka. With extensive experience in mixed-method research, his research interests include a wide range of social issues, including education, public health, social inclusion and resistance, gender, livelihood, migration and displacement, and climate change.
Md. Moniruzzaman
Sr. Officer, CBD
Mr. Md. Moniruzzaman took himself to the level of an expert in the fields of communication, business development, administration, accounts, and teaching. In his 9+ years of professional life, he has already worked for Arnim Holidays, Prime University, Metropolitan Model College, Trikon Fashion, Tazuddin Shikder Institute of Medical Technology, Universal Institute of Business and Technology, and Habiba International School and College. He has completed his MBA in management at the University of Dhaka.
Istiyar Rahman

Mr. Istiyar Rahman is a highly accomplished researcher in the field of electrical and electronics engineering, specializing in renewable energy. His expertise extends to quantitative analysis. He graduated with honors from American International University and his exceptional research work in this field was recognized with the prestigious Dean's award for his Bachelor's thesis.
Sudeep Chandra Mondal
Officer, TKM
Mr. Sudeep Chandra Mondal, a dedicated and seasoned training coordinator in the development field, brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the realm of capacity building and professional growth. With a proven track record of 3 years in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, it has become a catalyst for empowerment and sustainable progress. He obtained a BSc. in Textile from Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology.
Md. Nazren Haque Khan
Officer, CBD
Mr. Md. Nazren Haque Khan is a dynamic professional with a unique blend of hands-on experience and academic excellence. With a solid background in international relations and over two years of dedicated work experience as a coordinator at IPTM, he has gained proven expertise in crafting a wide array of documents, from EOIs to proposals and quotations. He obtained his degree with a Vice Chancellor Gold Medal for outstanding results in BSS from Bangladesh University of Professionals and also completed an MSS in International Relations from the same university.
Aongkyaching Marma
Officer, CBD
Mr. Aongkyaching Marma has over 9 years of experience working in training and consulting firms. He is an expert in developing tender documents and providing logistical support for planning and visa processing under the business development wing. He has served in some renowned organizations, like the Magpie Group. He holds a Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies from IUB.
Tanjina Afrozz
Officer, Administration and logistic
Tanjina Afrozz completed her graduation in Resource Management and Entrepreneurship from Government College of Applied Human Science, where she developed a strong foundation in planning, organization, and responsible resource management. She is a professionally trained barista with hands-on training in Nepal. She has practical expertise in coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and coffee bean selection with a good understanding of quality and consistency Passionate about environmental sustainability, climate learning, and nature conservation, she continues to expand her knowledge about the environment. Her deep love for nature and practical mountaineering experience have strengthened her discipline, resilience, and environmental awareness.
Md. Shahjalal Rakib
IT Administrator
Mr. Md. Shahjalal Rakib holds a specialization in network analysis, system administration, security and information assurance, IT audits, database administration, web administration, graphic design, and different hardware and software. He has over 4 years of experience working with renowned organizations like World Vision, MK Computer, and Netizen IT Ltd. He holds a diploma in computer engineering from Cox’s Bazar Model Polytechnic Institute.
Ismail Hosen

Mr. Ismail Hosen is a Digital Marketing Specialist and IT Instructor with over six years of professional experience in SEO, WordPress development, and digital growth strategy. He is currently serving as an Instructor and Coordinator at IPTM-IT, where he delivers practical IT training and coordinates academic activities. He has completed Digital Marketing Level-6 and CBT&A Level-4 under the National Skill Development Authority (NSDA) and holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry. He is also professionally certified in SEO by HubSpot Academy.
Md. Hemayet Hossain
Officer, Accounts & Finance
Mr. Md. Hemayet Hossain is a prominent administrative expert with vast experience spanning 30 years. In his career, he served at some renowned organizations, namely USAID, IFDC, Winrock International, and FND Group, Germany. He was also employed in the Urban Primary Health Care Services Delivery Project for GoB. He holds a B.Com. from the National University.
