Coordinate with BYETS to select and onboard two existing RMG factories and formalize partnerships through MoUs.
Develop and apply transparent selection criteria for identifying master trainers and supervisory trainees.
Conduct written and viva assessments to ensure appropriate selection of trainers and trainees.
Design and deliver a four-day Training of Trainers (ToT) program at factory premises.
Support factories in developing utilization plans for master trainers to ensure sustainability.
Deliver two batches of 13-day supervisory skills development training in each factory, ensuring at least 50% female participation.
Facilitate trainee assessments through pre- and post-training evaluations to measure skill improvements.
Collect, document, and report all training data through the BYETS MIS, including monthly reports, case studies, and a final comprehensive report.
