Narrative Description of the Project:

IC Net Limited worked with JICA in a Project, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) financing for the Strengthening the Inspection, Regulatory and Coordinating Function of the Bangladesh Food Safety Authority in Bangladesh project under Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA) to enhance it’s capacity and effectiveness of activities in Bangladesh. For this JICA decided to organize a relevant training program in Thailand for the officials of BFSA under IC Netl Limited. For this purpose IPTM provided a logistic services for Thailand visa processing for 26 (twenty-six) BFSA officials under IC Net, JICA. Duration of the assignment was from January- February 2023 

Key Activities:

• Collection of Government Order (G.O.)
• Note Verbal arrangement from Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Collected all visa relevant personal document from the participants
• Visa form fill-up and documentation
• Visa submission to the Thailand Embassy in Bangladesh on behalf of the participants  
• Visa Collection from the Embassy on behalf of the participants  
• Handover all the visa with passport to the BFSA officials.
