Narrative Description of the Project:

The main objective of this assignment was to develop women entrepreneurship in Bangladesh. Jatiyo Mohila Sangstha (JMS) was trying for women empowerment in Bangladesh. For this they decided to develop women Entrepreneurship in Bangladesh. JMS already constructed some shopping mal for women headed enterprises in Dhaka. Then they intended to have practical experience and exposer by doing experience sharing meeting with the relevant govt. officials of Thailand to know about the latest practices, steps and policies taken by the Thai government. They also wanted visit the women headed enterprises and markets in Bangkok and Pattaya, development of diversified products and market linkage etc. In this regard IPTM organized and implemented this study tour program in Thailand under Jatiyo Mohila Sangstha (JMS), Ministry of Women and Children Affairs from May- July 2019. A total of 10 (ten) participants attended this program.

• Design, development and delivery of the briefing session 
• Collection of Government Order (G.O.) and Note Verbal
• Identification of program objectives
• Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing and Air-ticket
• Health and travel insurance assistance
• Pre-departure formalities 
• Airport Coordination and accommodation arrangement
• Arranged Welfare guide & translator and land surface transport in Thailand
• Arranged refreshment, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner
• Orientation to the course / program in Thailand
• Arrangement of expert-led lecture session in Bangkok, Thailand  
• Arrangement of the appointments, meetings and field visit with relevant officials in Bangkok and Pattaya
• Sightseeing and cultural tours
• Monitoring and evaluation of the program
• Program report development and delivery
