Narrative Description of the Project:
IPTM, in collaboration with the Bangladesh Bridge Authority (BBA) under the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges, organized an overseas study visit program in Italy & Turkey. The primary goal of this initiative was to enhance the knowledge and skills of 07 (seven) participants in the areas of Human Resource Development and Capacity Building. By immersing the participants in an international learning environment, the program aimed to expose them to global best practices in the context of road transport and bridges. Additionally, the program fostered networking opportunities and encouraged collaboration with experts in the field. Ultimately, the objective was to empower the participants with practical tools and strategies that could be applied to their roles, contributing to the development and efficiency of the BBA's projects and operations. The duration of this assignment was February-April 2019.

- Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing and Air-ticket
- Health and travel insurance assistance
