Narrative Description of the Project:

IPTM, in collaboration with the Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) under the Ministry of Industries, organized an insightful Experience Sharing Tour in Singapore and Thailand. This tour aimed to showcase the best practices in operations maintenance and curriculum development within the field of management. Under this assingment a total 08 (wight) Participants received training during February to March 2019 Participants had the invaluable opportunity to gain practical insights and knowledge from industry leaders in these vibrant Southeast Asian countries, fostering a deeper understanding of effective management strategies. This initiative was undertaken to advancing the field of management education and ensuring the highest standards in operations and curriculum development for aspiring professionals in Bangladesh.

• Design, development and delivery of the briefing session 
• Collection of Government Order (G.O.) and Note Verbal
• Identification of program objectives
• Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing and Air-ticket
• Health and travel insurance assistance
• Pre-departure formalities
• Airport Coordination and accommodation arrangement
• Arranged Welfare guide & translator and land surface transport
• Arranged refreshment, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner
• Orientation to the course / program
• Arrangement of expert-led lecture session
• Arrangement of the appointments, meetings and field visit with relevant officials
• Sightseeing and cultural tours
• Monitoring and evaluation of the program
• Program report development and delivery
