Narrative Description of the Project:
This assignment was undertaken by the Social Development Foundation (SDF), Ministry of Finance funded by the World Bank Under the Nuton Jibon Livelihood Improvement Project (NJLIP). This project aimed to improve the livelihoods of the poor and extremely poor and enhance their leadership skills in targeted areas. Under this project IPTM was conducted an assignment from February to December 2021 in Barishal, Khulna, Mymensingh, Cumilla, and Rangpur, Bangladesh where 150 (one hundred and fifty) number of participants got training in 05 (five) batches. The main objective of the assignment was to strengthen the Leadership and organizational management skills of NJCS leaders in their workplace identify and solve problems, learn, make decisions, and leadership in the organization.
Key Activities:
- Inception meeting with SDF officials and submitted inception report
- Conducted Training Need Assessment (TNA)
- Prepared and finalized the training module outline
- Designed and developed a training module for a 5-day-long training
- Prepared training handout
- Conducted the 5 batches of 5-day long training for 30 participants in each batch in Barishal, Khulna, Mymensingh, Cumilla, and Rangpur.
- Arranged the training venue, food, and accommodation for the training.
- Training pre & post assessment.
- Final training report submission includes pe and post and trainer evaluation overall summaries.
