Narrative Description of the Project:
The National Agricultural Technology Program Phase-II (NATP-II) Project, under Department of Livestock Services (DLS) allocated an assignment to IPTM, the training program titled ‘General Management Development’ to arranged this training program in Thailand's during June to September 2018.The main purpose of the assignment is specifically designed to enhance the managerial capabilities of project staff engaged in the agricultural sector under DLS. The government officials had received practically learn about the unique challenges of livestock management, the program focuses on cultivating strategic leadership, project management, resource optimization, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and the adoption of innovative technologies. By honing these skills, participants are equipped to make informed decisions, effectively implement projects, and navigate the complexities of the agricultural landscape. The training ultimately aims to empower DLS professionals to contribute significantly to the success of the National Agricultural Technology Program Phase-II, fostering sustainable and impactful agricultural practices in Thailand. Under this assignment a total of 10 (ten) participants attended this program.
Key Activities:
- Design, development and delivery of the briefing session
- Collection of Government Order (G.O.) and Note Verbal
- Identification of program objectives
- Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing and Air-ticket
- Health and travel insurance assistance
- Pre-departure formalities
- Airport Coordination and accommodation arrangement
- Arranged Welfare guide & translator and land surface transport in Bangkok and Outskirts, Thailand
- Arranged refreshment, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner
- Orientation to the course / program in Thailand
- Arrangement of expert-led Training session in Bangkok, Thailand
- Arrangement of the appointments, meetings and field visit with relevant officials
- Sightseeing and cultural tours
- Monitoring and evaluation of the program
- Program report development and delivery
