Narrative Description of the Project:
DSK planned to have exposure and develop innovative ideas on thematic area of the training topic & learn about latest approaches interventions strategies related to ‘Office Management’. This training micro level objective was (a) to develop specific and specialized knowledge and practical application thereof on Office Management which are relevant and appropriate for the Bangladesh context. (b) Gain first-hand experience in and direct application of the tools, process and system for the thematic area of the training topic. For achieved these goals, IPTM provided assistance to DSK in developing a capacity building training program for selected officials. This training program was conducted from April to June 2019. Under this assignment, a total of 25 participants from DSK was received training.
Key Activities:
- Inception meeting with DSK officials and submitted the inception report.
- Conducted Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and review of the relevant documents of the project
- Developed the training materials on office management for 4 days
- Conducted training session on office management for DSK staff
- Conducted pre & post-test
- Submitted final report of the training of the assignment along with key findings and recommendations for future intervention as per the proposed reporting outline by DSK
