·        Inception meeting with DAM officials and submitted inception report

·        Identify and engage key stakeholders such as DAM, DAE, BARI, agri-businesses, women entrepreneur groups through workshops, focus groups, surveys, and interviews.

·        Conduct a comprehensive review and gap analysis of current training manuals, handbooks, and policy documents.

·        Develop a modular curriculum for each of the 16 training units.

·        Submit a progress report of the work

·        Design engaging training methods, including direct instruction, role-plays, field visits, and simulations.

·        Create and compile a range of learning resources, such as printed guides, digital content, video tutorials, and online platforms, to complement the training materials and facilitate knowledge sharing.

·        Develop learner-centered handbooks that provide concise summaries, key takeaways, infographics, and practical exercises.

·        Tailor specific content for each training unit, ensuring it is directly relevant to the needs of participants (e.g., post-harvest management, financial management, motivational tours, etc.).

·        Implement a feedback loop to continuously refine and improve training materials based on stakeholder input, pilot testing, and evolving sector needs.

·        Submit draft 16 training module/content

·        Submit final 16 training module and handbook
