Description of actual services provided by our Staff:

Key Activities:

• Conduct capacity needs assessment of 50 CSOs (30 district-level, 20 national-level) covering both operational and technical competencies.
• Develop two customized training modules—one on organizational capacity, the other on advocacy, human rights, and digital safety.
• Design and apply assessment tools, including self-assessment surveys, pre/post-test formats, and validation workshops.
• Organize and facilitate ToT sessions for selected CSO and partner staff using the finalized training modules.
• Ensure inclusion and contextual relevance by applying Human Rights-Based and gender-sensitive approaches throughout the module content.
• Engage stakeholders through regular consultation, review, and validation workshops to finalize training materials and approach.
• Submit final deliverables, including training modules, ToT completion report, and an overall assignment completion report in coordination with TdH NL.
