- Inception & Planning – Develop a detailed workplan and inception report in consultation with UN Women.
- Adaptation of Training Materials – Map existing global resources, contextualize to Bangladesh, translate into Bangla and English, and produce 8 training toolkits/modules with design, printing, and distribution.
- Pre-Training Assessments – Conduct baseline assessments to measure stakeholders’ existing knowledge, skills, and attitudes on SGBV prevention and response.
- Capacity Building & Training Delivery – Facilitate Training of Trainers (ToT) and roll-out sessions with national and local stakeholders, including government bodies, Bangladesh Police, universities, public transport authorities, and civil society organisations.
- Development of Monitoring Tools – Create tools for tracking implementation of violence prevention and response plans at institutional and community levels.
- Support for Implementation Plans – Assist trained stakeholders to develop and operationalise institutional SGBV prevention and response action plans.
- Monitoring & Process Documentation – Capture best practices, challenges, and lessons learned from the training process, and prepare comprehensive documentation.
- Endline Evaluation – Conduct endline assessments to measure changes in participants’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes, and prepare a final analytical report.
