Narrative Description of the Project:

Dustha Sasthya Kendra (DSK) planned to develop its organizational communication strength to improve its communication system with the different partners and stakeholders by developing an effective and efficient Strategic Communication Plan. For this, IPTM provided assistance to DSK in developing a Strategic Communication Plan to improve DSK's communication strategy with the community, donors, government, and different kinds of partners. This assignment was conducted from October 2019 to January 2020. Under this assignment, a KII session followed by two workshops was organized with a total of 26 participants.

Key Activities:

• Reviewed relevant documents.
• Finalized the different levels of required staff and stakeholders from different level.
• Prepared tools for FGD
• Collected information through FGD from different levels of staff and stakeholders.
• Prepared draft Community Strategic Plan
• Organized and facilitated the workshop and presented the draft Community Strategic Plan
• Finalized Community Strategic Plan incorporated with all feedback.
• Submitted final Community Strategic Plan
