Narrative Description of the Project:
In response to the evolving needs of the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) and its commitment to enhancing the skill set of its officials, the Institute of Professional Training & Management (IPTM) conducted a comprehensive five-day training program on Project Management and Leadership in January 2022 at Dhaka. A total of 28 officials from BDRCS and CPP staff received training as part of this assignment. The primary objectives of the training were to equip BDRCS and CPP officials with advanced project management and leadership skills to enhance their effectiveness in planning, executing, and leading humanitarian and disaster management initiatives. The program aimed to empower participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in their roles, ultimately contributing to the resilience and preparedness of communities in Bangladesh.
