Narrative Description of the Project:

IMLI is responsible for excerpting, preserving and archiving all languages of Bangladesh and other countries of the world in its archiving system. IMLI intended to establishment an international standard mother language institute in Bangladesh, preserving all language of Bangladesh and other countries of the globe in Bangladesh. To achieve this goals IMLI and IPTM signed a contract for organizing a study tour porgram in Bangkok, Thailand.  Under this assignment IPTM was to organize and implement a study tour program on ‘Language related Institute visit and sharing knowledge and experience’ in Bangkok, Thailand for International Mother Language Institute (IMLI), Ministry of Education. Under this assignment a total of 03 participants attended this program. IPTM organized this study visit program from September to December 2015.

Key Activities:

• Design, development and delivery of the briefing session 
• Collection of Government Order (G.O.) and Note Verbal
• Identification of program objectives
• Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing and Air-ticket
• Health and travel insurance assistance
• Pre-departure formalities 
• Airport Coordination and accommodation arrangement
• Arranged Welfare guide & translator and land surface transport in Thailand
• Arranged refreshment, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner
• Orientation to the course / program in Thailand
• Arrangement of expert-led lecture session in Bangkok, Thailand 
• Arrangement of the appointments, meetings and field visit with relevant officials
• Sightseeing and cultural tours
• Monitoring and evaluation of the program
• Program report development and delivery
