Narrative Description of the Project:

IPTM successfully executed an Exposure Visit/Study Tour/Training Program in South Korea, focusing on 'Innovation in Primary Education' for the National Academy for Primary Education (NAPE) under the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education. A total of 05 government officials received training under this assingment from September to December 2019. That program was designed to foster knowledge exchange and skill enhancement. A total of five participants had the privilege of attending this program, where they gained valuable insights into innovative practices in primary education from South Korea's educational landscape. Such international exposure serves as a catalyst for improving primary education standards in Bangladesh.

• Design, development, and delivery of the briefing session 
• Collection of Government Order (G.O.) and Note Verbal
• Identification of program objectives
• Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing, and air ticket
• Health and travel insurance assistance
• Pre-departure formalities 
• Airport Coordination and accommodation arrangement
• Arranged Welfare guide & translator and land surface transport
• Arranged refreshments, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner 
• Orientation to the course/program
• Arrangement of expert-led training session
• Arrangement of appointments, meetings, and field visits with relevant officials 
• Sightseeing and cultural tours
• Monitoring and evaluation of the program
• Training completion report submitted
