Narrative Description of the Project:

IMLI is responsible for excerpting, preserving and archiving all languages of Bangladesh and other countries of the world in its archiving system. The main objective of the assignment was to organize and implement a Study Tour Program on ‘Language related Institute visit and sharing knowledge and experience’ in New York, USA for International Mother Language Institute (IMLI), Ministry of Education. Under this assignment a total of 03 participants attended this program. IPTM organized this study visit program from September 2015 to December 2015. By this assignment IMLI intended to achieve the objectives of establishment an international standard mother language institute in Bangladesh, preserving all language of Bangladesh and other countries of the globe in Bangladesh with assistance of IPTM.

• Collection of Government Order (G.O.) and Note Verbal
• Identification of program objectives
• Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing and Air-ticket
• Health and travel insurance assistance
• Pre-departure formalities 
• Airport Coordination and accommodation arrangement
• Arranged Welfare guide & translator and land surface transport in New York, USA
• Arranged refreshment, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner
• Orientation to the course / program in USA
• Arrangement of expert-led lecture session in New York, USA 
• Arrangement of the appointments, meetings and field visit with relevant officials
• Sightseeing and cultural tours
• Monitoring and evaluation of the program
• Program report development and delivery
