Narrative Description of the Project:
The Livestock Disease Prevention & Control Project under Department of Livestock Services with the purpose of prevent different animal disease by developing quarantine related function in Bangladesh for animal husbandry and dairy development. The project was intended to visit modern and advance type Quarantine Station having latest technology in the host country and gather practical and technical knowledge on the program theme in another coutries. In this pursuit, the Livestock Disease Prevention & Control Project collaborated with IPTM for conducting a study tour program on ‘Quarantine related Function & Visit the Quarantine Station’ in Malaysia and China. This assingment IPTM successfully conducted during November 2016 to March 2017 in Malaysia and China for 20 government of BAngladesh officials in 02 (two) batches (10 participants in each batch) under Livestock Disease Prevention & Control Project, Department of Livestock Services, Ministry of Fisheries & Livestock.

- Collection of Government Order (G.O.) and Note Verbal
- Identification of program objectives
- Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing and Air-ticket
- Health and travel insurance assistance
- Pre-departure formalities
- Airport Coordination and accommodation arrangement
- Arranged Welfare guide & translator and land surface transport in Kuala Lampur and Beijing, Malaysia and China
- Arranged refreshment, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner
- Orientation to the course / program in Malaysia and China
- Arrangement of expert-led lecture session in Kuala Lampur and Beijing, Malaysia and China Arrangement of the appointments, meetings and field visit with relevant officials
- Sightseeing and cultural tours
- Monitoring and evaluation of the program
- Program completion report development and submitted
