Narrative Description of the Project:
IPTM, implemented an Exposure Visit Program under the banner of 'Latest Development in Urban Sanitation Management & Maintenance,' which took place in Malaysia and the Philippines. This program was specifically designed for the Third Urban Governance & Infrastructure Improvement (UGIIP-III) Project, an initiative of the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) operating under the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development & Cooperatives. The Exposure Visit Program aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of participants in the field of urban sanitation management and maintenance. A total of 10 participants underwent comprehensive training through this program, contributing to the ongoing efforts to strengthen urban governance and infrastructure improvement. The duration of this assignment was from November 2019 to February 2020.

- Collection of Government Order (G.O.) and Note Verbal

- Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing, and air ticket
- Health and travel insurance assistance
- Pre-departure formalities

- Arranged refreshments, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner
