Narrative Description of the Project:
The National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) aimed to develop a more effective and student-friendly curriculum and textbook for morality, science fiction, technology, and ICT learning for education development in Bangladesh. As Malaysia and Sri Lanka were advanced in this field NCTB expressed their keen interest in receiving overseas training on 'Development and Strengthen of National Curriculum and Textbook Board' in Malaysia and Sri Lanka. A total of 02 (two) batch training programs were held including 16 (sixteen) participants. One batch in Malaysia and another batch in Sri Lanka. The core objective of those programs was to learn how to develop a more effective and student-friendly curriculum and textbook for morality, science fiction, technology, and ICT learning and implementation in the context of Bangladesh. IPTM organized that training program from November 2019- February 2020.
Key Activities:
- Design, development, and delivery of the briefing session
- Collection of Government Order (G.O.) and Note Verbal
- Identification of program objectives
- Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing, and air ticket
- Health and travel insurance assistance
- Pre-departure formalities
- Airport Coordination and accommodation arrangement
- Arranged Welfare guide & translator and land surface transport in Malaysia and Sri Lanka
- Arranged refreshments, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner
- Orientation to the course/program in Vietnam
- Arrangement of classroom-based training sessions in Kuala Lumpur & Colombo, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka
- Arrangement of appointments, meetings, and field visits with relevant officials
- Sightseeing and cultural tours
- Monitoring and evaluation of the program
- Program report development and delivery
