Narrative Description of the Project:

The main objectives of the assignment are to ensure zero dropout rate primary and mass education by providing fanatical support like stipend, food and other support. They wanted to ensure education for all children of Bangladesh including the street-children. SKT was also determined to develop the environment of primary and mass education of Bangladesh and making it joyful to the children. For this reason, Shishu Kallyan Trust under the Ministry of Primary & Mass Education decided for getting relevant experience from Turkiye. In this why IPTM this exposure visits on ‘Skill Development & Experience Sharing Relating to Welfare Trust/Primary Education’. A total of 05 (five) participants attended this program from December 2019- February 2020 in Turkiye under the Shishu Kallyan Trust.

Key Activities:

• Design, development, and delivery of the briefing session 
• Collection of Government Order (G.O.) and Note Verbal
• Identification of program objectives
• Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing, and air ticket
• Health and travel insurance assistance
• Pre-departure formalities 
• Airport Coordination and accommodation arrangement
• Arranged Welfare guide & translator and land surface transport in Turkiye
• Arranged refreshments, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner 
• Orientation to the course/program in Turkiye
• Arrangement of expert-led lecture sessions in Istanbul & Ankara, Turkiye 
• Arrangement of appointments, meetings, and field visits with relevant officials 
• Sightseeing and cultural tours
• Monitoring and evaluation of the program
• Program report development and delivery
