Overseas Training Cum Study Tour Program on ‘Land Management Training and Land Reform System’ in Malaysia under Land Administration Training Centre (LATC)

Narrative Description of the Project:

The Land Administration Training Centre (LATC), under the Ministry of Land, is dedicated to optimizing land utilization and providing citizen-centric land services through an efficient, contemporary, and sustainable land management and reform system. In pursuit of this goal, IPTM organized an overseas training and study tour program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, specifically focusing on Land Management Training and Land Reform System. This context, conducted between April and May 2022, involved 15 government officials and aimed to improve their understanding of Malaysia's land management system, regulatory framework, land policy, land reform system, ownership structures, and land administration systems. The knowledge acquired during this program was subsequently integrated into Bangladesh's own land management and reform system, contributing to its enhancement.
