Narrative Description of the Project: 

The Press Information Department (PID) intended to Deliver more information to people through Public Relations Trends/Activities. To achieve this goal, they intended to adopt the lates technology and systems related to Public Relations Trends/Activities from other developing countries like Vietnam. As a support to achieve this goal IPTM organized this training program on “Public Relations Trends/Activities in Potential Developing Countries” in Vietnam (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City) from February to April 2018. A total of 10 (ten) government officials attended this program under Press Information Department (PID), Ministry of Information. 

Key Activities:

• Design, development and delivery of the briefing session 
• Collection of Government Order (G.O.) and Note Verbal
• Identification of program objectives
• Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing and Air-ticket
• Health and travel insurance assistance
• Pre-departure formalities 
• Airport Coordination and accommodation arrangement
• Arranged Welfare guide & translator and land surface transport in Vietnam
• Arranged refreshment, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner
• Orientation to the course / program in Vietnam
• Arrangement of classroom-based training session in Hanoi, Vietnam 
• Arrangement of the appointments, meetings and field visit with relevant officials
• Sightseeing and cultural tours
• Monitoring and evaluation of the program
• Program report development and delivery
