Narrative Description of the Project: 

The objectives of Bangladesh Small & Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC) are to develop small and cottage industries, creating new entrepreneur, upgrading and developing the existing entrepreneur, creating domestic and international markets for them, giving all government and financial support to them and removing existing problems in this field. For gaining the objectives BSCIC decided to visit a country that already developed in this field. By visiting the country, they wanted to know and learn about the government steps, policies and management systems taken by the country. They also wanted to observe the activities of that country practically and replicate in the context of Bangladesh. For this IPTM organized and implemented this training cum study tour program in South Korea & China on “Small and Cottage Industries Development” from May- August 2018 for 20 (twenty) participants in two batch.

• Design, development and delivery of the briefing session 
• Collection of Government Order (G.O.) and Note Verbal
• Identification of program objectives
• Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing and Air-ticket
• Health and travel insurance assistance
• Pre-departure formalities 
• Airport Coordination and accommodation arrangement
• Arranged Welfare guide & translator and land surface transport in South Korea and China
• Arranged refreshment, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner
• Orientation to the course / program in South Korea and China
• Arrangement of expert-led lecture session in South Korea & China
• Arrangement of classroom-based training session in South Korea & China
• Arrangement of the appointments, meetings and field visit with relevant officials
• Sightseeing and cultural tours
• Monitoring and evaluation of the program
• Program report development and delivery
